Job Description: –
– This position will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle for the Business Units assigned to the role holder.
– The HRBP will be required to identify business problems that can be solved through various HR interventions and drive those interventions for the unit.
– The HRBP will be required to drive various HR initiatives for the unit in letter and in spirit.
– The HRBP will be required to recommend process improvements which can enhance employee experience for the Business Unit managed by the team member.
– The HRBP will be required to work on various HR projects from time to time.
