Product Manager – Hotels

About the Role 

B2B travel technology company building its own scalable platform for travel agents and partners. We are looking for a Product Manager – Hotels to lead the development of our hotel platform vertical. 

This role is best suited for someone with B2B hotel experience. If not B2B, then B2C hotel 

experience is preferred. At minimum, the candidate should have relevant travel product 

experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

●​Own the hotel product roadmap and execution end to end​

●​Build and improve core hotel flows such as search, listing, hotel detail, room selection, 

booking, and post-booking​

●​Work on B2B use cases including agent experience, commercials, payments, booking 

management, cancellations, and supplier mapping​

●​Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to deliver product 

outcomes​

●​Create PRDs, user stories, and clear product requirements​

●​Prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, technical feasibility, and 

data insights​

●​Track product performance and drive continuous improvements through data-led 

decisions​

Preferred Profile 

●​4–8 years of product management experience​

●​Strong preference for B2B hotel experience​

●​Otherwise, B2C hotel experience or broader travel domain experience​

●​Strong understanding of booking journeys and travel ecosystems​

●​Strong UI/UX sense, with the ability to build intuitive and efficient user journeys​

●​Deep empathy for customers and a strong understanding of user pain points​

●​Data-focused mindset with the ability to use insights and metrics for product decisions​

●​Experience working closely with tech, design, and business teams to drive execution​

●​Strong ownership, structured thinking, and communication skills​

●​Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
