This is a P&L ownership role with responsibility for the overall strategy and execution of the corporate business unit for Musafir India.
Role
- Responsible for setting up, launching and establishing the corporate division in India.
- Building a Go to market strategy for acquiring and establishing SME / Enterprise customers.
- Hire, train and mentor the corporate sales team.
- Define and implement sales and operational processes, goals and other key metrics for the department.
- Work with legal, finance and marketing to define polices for the division
- Drive business growth and achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct product trainings for the team and demo’s for customers to ensure optimum
usage of the SBT. - Work with product team to enhance the SBT based on business understanding and
customer feedback.
Must Have: - 15+ years of experience with corporate travel management companies handling SME and
Enterprise accounts - Proven experience in sales, new client acquisition, business development, key account
management and team management - Excellent understating of the business travel landscape in the India market
- Experience of working with online platforms / SBT’s is a must
- Strong network of existing clients with good relationships at CXO / decision maker level
- An entrepreneurial bent of mind with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in corporate travel is a must
