Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using NodeJS, Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and React.
• Build Python-based AI pipelines to automate document processing and underwriting workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into scalable, efficient code.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, supporting the platform’s scalability as we grow.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong proficiency in NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Python, and hand-on experience with React.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, with AWS as a valuable bonus.
• Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design.
• Experience with AI integrations is a plus, though not required.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
