As a Full Stack Tech Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. You will play a crucial role
in the entire development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and React JS, coupled with excellent leadership and soft skills to effectively manage and mentor the team.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
● Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust web applications using .NET (Core/6/8) and React JS.
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
● Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices like TDD and DRY
code.
6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
● 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
● Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
● Experience in developing end-to-end applications.
● Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, . Net Core,.Net6 and/or above, MVC, Web API).
● Strong experience with React JS and related front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
Knowledge of React Native is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and
containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
● Knowledge of DevSecOps architecture
● Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack, OpenSearch, Grafana etc.)
● Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
● Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries
