Position: Technical Product Owner
Experience: 5-7 years
Work Mode: Remote / Onsite
Location: Dubai

Experienced Technical Product Owner who will have the following roles

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and product development
• Experience in collecting and Defining business requirement
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user
  stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
• Experienced with writing User stories
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive with high ownership
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Preferred experience in tourism
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for Product management
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by
  relevant teams
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns
  with product strategy
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering
• Excellent Knowledge of an agile framework or method
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Advanced Certified ScrumMaster or higher or Certified Team Coach
